Individual Therapy
I offer talk therapy to help you gain insight into your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, understand the root causes of your problems, and develop healthier coping strategies. I listen thoughtfully with an open mind and reflect back practical, constructive, and non-judgment therapeutic support and guidance. We meet in weekly sessions typically at the same day and time. This secure time will be your space, built as a place of safety and trust in your week. My clinical perspective is client-centered and integrates a combination of techniques derived from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, Family Systems Theory and Positive Psychology to enact meaningful change. We are all wonderfully unique, so therapy is customized for you and your experience.

Athletic Performance Therapy
I specialize in athletic performance therapy, committed to the modern elite athlete. Therapy fosters self- awareness, emotional resilience, and breaks limiting beliefs. I will help players to tune into the less obvious emotional and psychological components of the game and their life. We learn solid skills and confidence building techniques for mental tenacity and grit. This is a transformative process that helps build self-confidence, recognize inner strength, and cultivates a mindset of growth and self-worth. Through one-on-one sessions, we explore the nuances of the sport and skill in much deeper way. This therapy is a spectrum where we may bounce between personal life and sport- as we cannot disconnect the person from player. We are human first, and our lives are layered and full, so we undeniably bring our worldly experiences to the court and field. This therapy is a more directive, conversational, and assertive, based around personal or athletic goals.
